Individuals must be 21 years of age to open accounts. XpressBet is required by State Racing commission regulations to request your Social Security number to verify your state of residency.
Residents of the following states and territories may not open XpressBet accounts: Alaska, Arizona, Connecticut, Colorado, District of Columbia, Georgia, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, Nevada, North Carolina, New Mexico, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands.
Additionally, Pennsylvania residents located within 35 miles of Harrah's Chester Downs, Philadelphia Park, Penn National, Pocono Downs or Presque Isle are prohibited from opening XpressBet accounts.

Since money wagered through XpressBet is co-mingled with existing race track pools XpressBet is able to offer most wagers offered at each particular track. This includes exotic wagers such as Trifecta, Superfecta, Pick 3, Pick 4, Pick 5 and Pick Six wagers.
DOES XPRESSBET PAY FULL TRACK ODDS ON ALL WINNING WAGERS?
Yes. Since money wagered through XpressBet accounts is co-mingled with existing racetrack pools XpressBet pays full track odds on all wagers accepted through the system.
HOW DO I KNOW THE MONEY IS SECURE?
Personal identification (PIN) numbers and/or passwords are the only ways for authorized subscribers to place wagers, reference information and to make deposits or withdrawals to XpressBet accounts. XpressBet is licensed and regulated in several states, and U.S.-based.
DO I NEED TO BUY OR DOWNLOAD ANY SPECIAL SOFTWARE TO USE XPRESSBET?

XpressBet’s no-fee, basic service provides everything you need to play the races, including program information, scratches and changes, live odds and more. Additional detailed and extensive handicapping information such as past performances, tip sheets, analysis, etc. is on sale in the Pro Shop and can be ordered and downloaded directly from the XpressBet site.

WHY ARE SOME TRACKS NOT AVAILABLE FOR WAGERING THROUGH XPRESSBET?
XpressBet offers wagering on over 120 US and International tracks and would love to offer wagering and video for every track. However, because of contractual restrictions some tracks are unavailable. Currently, XpressBet offers wagering on many of the major US tracks, including Santa Anita, Gulfstream, Churchill Downs, Arlington Park, Fair Grounds and many more. IS XPRESSBET OPEN TO PA RESIDENTS?
Yes, depending on where you live. Under Pennsylvania law, Pennsylvania residents may only open wagering accounts with licensed racetracks located within a certain distance of their homes. XpressBet, Inc. only opens wagering accounts for eligible Pennsylvania residents on behalf of the entities that own The Meadows harness racetrack in Washington, Pennsylvania. These account-opening and management functions are provided through a vendor services agreement between XpressBet, Inc. and The Meadows entities. XpressBet, Inc. holds a vendor license issued by the Pennsylvania State Harness Racing Commission, which regulates all aspects of the services provided to The Meadows entities. All wagering instructions provided to live telephone tellers from Pennsylvania residents are handled by employees of The Meadows entities located at a call center within the racetrack enclosure of The Meadows while all wagering instructions provided to live telephone tellers from non-Pennsylvania residents are handled by XpressBet, Inc. employees from XpressBet, Inc.’s call center in Beaverton, Oregon. To reduce confusion among Pennsylvania and non-Pennsylvania residents, XpressBet, Inc. has agreed to license the trademark, "XpressBet", to The Meadows entities.
I USE MICROSOFT INTERNET EXPLORER 6.0 OR 7.0 AS MY BROWSER AND CAN’T LOG-IN TO XPRESSBET. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
