1. Call 1-866-88XPRESS.
2. Press 1 for Platinum Live Teller Service.
3. Give your account number and password.
4. Say the name of the track, the race and the amount and type of wager you desire.
5. Teller will repeat your wager.
6. Wager amount is deducted from your XpressBet account.
7. Winnings are deposited immediately after the race is declared "Official."
8. All wagers are recorded for your protection.

Touch Tone and Voice Recognition Wagering Hints:

1. Call 1-866-88XPRESS.
2. Press number 3 for Touch Tone or XpressBet Voice wagering.
3. Dial or say your account number. When dialing your account number please enter the # key when finished.
4. Dial or say your PIN number. When dialing your PIN number please enter the # key when finished. Please call Customer Service at 1-866-88XPRESS if you forget your account number or PIN.
5. Enter the track code or say the track or program name. When dialing the track code please enter the # key when finished. Click Here for a list of the Track Codes.
6. Enter or say the race number. When dialing your race number please enter the # key when finished.

   If you are unsure about the available programs, race numbers, bet codes or runner numbers please do not enter or say anything at that particular prompt and they will be listed for you.

7. Placing the wager:
• Touch Tone: Enter the amount followed by the # key; for amounts associated with dime superfectas, use the * key for a decimal point, such as *10 for 10-cents or *25 for 25-cents. Then, enter the bet type followed by the # key, and then the runner number(s) for the wager followed by the # key.
• Wheeled runners are separated by the * and legs separated by the **.
• Keyed runners are separated by the * and the legs separated by the **.
• Boxed runners are separated by the *.
• XpressBet Voice Recognition: State the bet amount, bet type, and the runner number(s) for the wager in order. For bet amounts under $1, state in "cents," such as "ten cents" for a $0.10 bet.
• Confirm your wager:
• Touch Tone: Once your wager is repeated back to you: Press 1# (To buy the wager), 2# (Hear the wager again) or 3# (To reenter the wager).
• XpressBet Voice Wagering: Once the wager is repeated back state "Yes", "No", or "Start Over". If the wager is incorrect state the part of the wager that is incorrect. If the amount of the wager is wrong, say "Amount".
8. If you wish to continue wagering on the same track and race press 1, or if you wish to wager on a different track and race press 2.
