How do I enroll in 1/ST Rewards @ Gulfstream?
- Visit the Rewards Desk inside Silks Simulcast at Gulfstream.
- Request an ‘1/ST Rewards Card’
I’m already an Xpressbet customer. Do I need to have a Card?
Yes. While Xpressbet customers are automatically enrolled in the program, you still need to pick up an 1/ST Rewards Card. You can do so by visiting the Rewards Desk inside Silks.
- Bring your Xpressbet account number and a valid photo ID
- You will need to answer a few simple security questions.
Do I need to be an Xpressbet customer to participate in the 1/ST Rewards @ Gulfstream program?
No, you do not have to be an existing Xpressbet customer, nor do you need to open an Xpressbet online wagering account. You can simply enroll in 1/ST Rewards @ Gulfstream and earn Points for your live and simulcast wagers at Gulfstream.
However, Xpressbet customers enjoy the advantage of combining their on-track and online wagers to earn more points and reach higher Status levels quickly. You can Sign Up to Xpressbet online, by calling 866.88XPRESS, or by visiting the Rewards Desk inside Silks.
I was a GP Advantage Club member. What happened to my account and my points?
Your GP Advantage Club account was merged with an 1/ST Rewards account and all your points were transferred to your new account. You must still pick up your 1/ST Rewards Card at the Rewards Desk in order to access your points. If you have any questions, please call Xpressbet Customer Service at 866.88XPRESS.
How do I earn 1/ST Rewards Points?
You earn Points for all of your on-track and online wagers:
- 4 Points per dollar wagered on Gulfstream Park live races.
- 3 Points per dollar wagered on simulcast races while at Gulfstream Park.
- 2 Points per dollar wagered online at Xpressbet.com.
How many Points do I earn if I bet on Gulfstream Park West races from Silks Simulcast at Gulfstream Park?
Gulfstream Park West races count as a live wager and are worth 4 Rewards Points.

How do I redeem my 1/ST Rewards Points?
Redeeming items from our Catalog is quick and easy. To redeem any of the Gulfstream items, simply visit Customer Service in Silks Simulcast and a representative will assist you.
To redeem any of the Xpressbet items, simply visit our Pro Shop and follow the on-screen instructions to check out.
How do I bet using my 1/ST Rewards Card?
At the Terminals
- Insert cash, a voucher or winning ticket
- Swipe your 1/ST Rewards Card
- Make your wagers
- Receive a printed ticket
- Return unused cash balance
With a Teller
- Provide cash, a voucher or winning ticket
- Provide 1/ST Reward Card
- Place your wagers with the teller
- Receive a printed ticket
How do I bet on-track with my Xpressbet account?
- Swipe your 1/ST Rewards Card
- Make your wagers. Funds will be automatically withdrawn from your Xpressbet online account balance. You will not receive a printed ticket. Review your bets at the terminal, online or with Xpressbet Mobile.
- Press ‘Finish’ to complete your wagering session
How do deposit and withdraw from my Xpressbet account at the track?
Deposit Cash, Voucher or Winning Tickets
- Swipe your 1/ST Rewards Card.
- Insert cash, a voucher or winning ticket. Funds will be available in your Xpressbet account balance.
Deposit using a Credit Card or Bank Account
- Swipe your 1/ST Rewards Card.
- Press ‘Account Functions’.
- Press ‘Deposit’.
- Follow on-screen instructions to select existing Xpressfund or Credit Card. You must have an existing Credit Card or Bank Account linked to your Xpressbet account in order to use this function. Click here for more information on Funding.
Withdraw Cash
- Swipe your 1/ST Rewards Card.
- Press ‘Account Functions’.
- Press ‘Withdraw’.
- Follow on-screen instructions. You will receive a printed voucher redeemable for cash at any teller. You cannot withdraw more than $2,500 in a 24-hour period.
I’m having trouble using the 1/ST Rewards Card while I’m at Gulfstream Park. Where should I go?
If you’re having any problems using either your Xpressbet or 1/ST Rewards accounts, please visit Customer Service inside Silks Simulcast.
How do I receive a printed ticket when I wager on self-service terminals?
The only way to receive a printed ticket when you place your wagers at self-service terminals is to follow these steps:
- Deposit Cash, Winning Tickets or a Cash Voucher
- Swipe your 1/ST Rewards Card
- Make your wagers
- You will receive a printed ticket for each bet you make
- Press ‘Return Balance’
- Unused funds will be returned to you in the form of a Cash Voucher
Why didn’t I receive a printed voucher when I made my wagers?
You will not receive a printed ticket for bets placed using your 1/ST Rewards or Xpressbet account balances. You can view all of the wagers you’ve placed with your existing account balance, Xpressfund or a Credit Card at Xpressbet.com or with Xpressbet Mobile.
I placed my bets but didn’t receive a printed ticket. How can I view my wagers?
You can view all of the wagers you placed at self-service terminals using your account balance, Xpressfund or a Credit Card by visiting Xpressbet.com or with Xpressbet Mobile.
