- One (1) $6,000 Ultimate Betting Challenge (UBC) seat for every 12 entries.
- Buy-in: $1,000 ($500 Bankroll + $500 Entry Fee to Prize Pool)
- 100% of Entry Fees are paid out as prizes.
- Online registration opens 96 hours prior to the contest date.
- Entries will be accepted up until the start of the fifth race (Race 5) at Santa Anita Park on Friday, February 28.

FORMAT
- Tournament races include all races at Santa Anita Park, plus the last four (4) live races at Gulfstream Park on Friday, February 28.
- Races simulcast from Latin America or South America are not included.
- Permitted wagers are Win, Place, Show, Exacta, Trifecta and Daily Double.
- No Superfecta, Super High 5, Pick 3, Pick 4, Pick 5 or Pick 6. The Parlay function for Win, Place and Show wagers is not permitted.
- Players must wager, at minimum, their entire $500 bankroll during the contest.
- There are no maximums – players may wager as much as they want, including the winnings from their bankroll, whenever they wish.
- In the unlikely event of a cancellation of a race card, Tournament Officials reserve the right to substitute races from another racetrack or cancel the tournament and issue refunds to all participants.

- Two (2) entries into the 2025 Ultimate Betting Challenge (UBC), valued at $6,000 each.
- $500 Cash Prize to the third-place finisher.
